Offline donations are one of the most powerful features on Givebutter, enabling you to scale your fundraising efforts beyond digital payments and into the real world. Here are just a few of the many ways you can use the feature:

  1. Sync cash, check and other "offline" donations with your online fundraising campaigns' total raised, goal progress, supporter feed, etc.
  2. Credit members, teams, and/or chapters with any offline donations they receive
  3. Give your offline donors the ability to customize their donation for the Supporter Feed
  4. Automate the sending of tax receipts to your offline donors
  5. Integrate your Offline Donations with third-party apps
  6. Save and track all of your donor information in one place on the Givebutter Platform
  7. Migrate another fundraiser's "total raised" over to Givebutter ;)

What was important to me was to choose a platform that I felt would be super user friendly and fun so our volunteers could put minimal work in but still get a lot out of it. That's when we found Givebutter, and we're so happy to have found it. I absolutely would love to use this platform again next year—even if we're in person—because I felt like it was so user friendly and fun and helped us spread the word so quickly. We're thinking that we’ll never go back to fully in person events; it may just be hybrid events from now on.
