Email invites and text message invites are two of the best and fastest ways to meet your fundraising campaign goals without spending hours and hours doing 1-1 outreach. Both couldn't be easier to set up and start sending via the Givebutter interface.
After being sent, this is where the fun kicks in with Automated Reminders. We use intelligent link + email tracking to check if each person converts and supports your campaign (via donation, ticket purchase, etc.), and if they don't, we'll automatically send them reminders to do so! Currently, we send up to 2 reminders, 3 days apart each.
Admins and members will get notified of any new donations they receive, and can check the status of their automated email campaign anytime (checkmark = donation received!):
With Givebutter being a free platform, it's perfect for nonprofits and has so many great features with donation collection, events (physical and virtual), and fundraising. We don't ever plan on switching away from Givebutter! We were spending too much on fundraising software, so Givebutter is extremely cost-effective.
